Mums & Bubs Yoga

Mums & Bubs Yoga is a relaxed class that adapts and responds to energy levels and areas of the body that require special attention.

Babies think the class is for them, and can feed, nap, be held, get some floor time and check out the other new kids on the block. For mums, it is a chance to reconnect to their body (including core muscles - pelvic floor & diaphragm), connect to other mums and of course spend some calm, relaxing time with bub.

The class concludes with a deeply nourishing restorative pose that can help energise you for the rest of the day. Some say it's as potent as an espresso coffee!

This class is suitable for mums after the six or eight-week checkup and until bub is crawling. Classes are 45 minutes within a 1-hour window.
