Prenatal Yoga

Rebecca is a perinatal yoga specialist. Her trauma-informed prenatal yoga classes aim to create space for mums to nurture themselves and connect with baby. Suitable from the 2nd trimester onwards.

Classes provide tools to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for birth and life on the other side. Classes also encourage connection with other mums.

Classes run on Sunday mornings at the Midwives House, 678 High St, Thornbury, 9.30am -10.45am and include breathwork, movement, and relaxation/meditation.
